When you start outworking them, they will have to work harder to keep up, which means you'll look like the driving force.
One of the most important things the business world needs right now is innovators. For far too long there have been too few improvements on traditional models. Right now, the internet is forcing people to wake up to new ideas, but it is still taking too long. Become an innovator by completely changing the way that you do business. Throw out the rulebook and start playing by your own rules. Sometimes, although innovation can see a lot of resistance, it is necessary for progress.
